This Python program creates a mesmerizing full-screen fractal spiral animation using Pygame. At its core is a dynamic, multi-armed spiral that continuously rotates and flows, producing hypnotic, neon-colored patterns. The spiral arms are enhanced with a smooth gradient of hues, creating a vibrant rainbow effect that evolves over time.

Surrounding the spiral are particles that radiate outward from the center, each with its own color and movement, giving the illusion of sparks and energy flowing from a central core. A pulsing central glow with layered neon colors adds depth and intensity, making the visualization feel alive and three-dimensional.
